In my earlier companies, I worked on weekends and had my weekly holidays during the week. But after joining Brickwork, I get to spend the weekends with my family. I watch sports action with my Dad, cook with my Mom, shop with my wife and play with my 3 year old son. Thanks to Brickwork all this is possible because of their "no work on weekends" policy.
My typical day starts with me checking my emails so that I can reply to clients and get everything organized at the beginning of the day. then I have a meeting with my team members to exchange insights, gain clarity, and find solutions. I then check my client to-do list and start working based on priority. and of course, in-between whenever i have free time I like to have fun with my team members, having tea in the cafeteria, sharing jokes, chatting and so on.

I have been working with Brickwork since 2017 and still want to continue with my exciting role for more years. Weekends help me to rejuvenate myself and get ready for the next week. I spend my weekends with my family and often go for long drives with them. I have seen the Brickwork really cares for and supports its employees. The interactions between managers and their team members is informal and friendly. HR also conducts many activities to keep the employees engaged and give them some diversion in their hectic work day. for example, whenever anyone completes a major milestone, HR will announce on the floor and the entire office stands and applauds.
