In my earlier companies, I worked on weekends and had my weekly holidays during the week. But after joining Brickwork, I get to spend the weekends with my family. I watch sports action with my Dad, cook with my Mom, shop with my wife and play with my 3 year old son. Thanks to Brickwork all this is possible because of their "no work on weekends" policy.
My typical day starts with me checking my emails so that I can reply to clients and get everything organized at the beginning of the day. then I have a meeting with my team members to exchange insights, gain clarity, and find solutions. I then check my client to-do list and start working based on priority. and of course, in-between whenever i have free time I like to have fun with my team members, having tea in the cafeteria, sharing jokes, chatting and so on.
