The back-office is a virtual extension of the customers' in-house department and is dedicated to the customer exclusively. Typically, customers create a back-office team for functions like HR, Finance, Sales, Lead generation, customer support and Accounting. Customers have full control over this team while we oversee the general performance of the team. Yes, we review your project requirements and create a customised Work Order with detailed scope of work, project turnaround time and pricing. The Work Order has to be accepted and signed by the customer before we start working with the customer. "

You can share files and documents up to 35 MB via email. For documents that are over 35 MB, you can share using FTP or other online file sharing tools like Dropbox, Google Drive etc.

While every new project and work relationship has it's own learning curve, we will replace your VA if you are not satisfied with the VA assigned to you.

Our Subscription engagement model allows you to carry forward 15% of the unutilized hours from the current month to next month, if you have signed up for >40 hours a month with a minimum of 3 months commitment.

You can terminate the engagement before the end of the engagement if you are not satisfied with Brickwork's services or for any other business reason. All subscription engagements can be terminated with 30 days prior notice.
